Ing. Ji\u0159\u00ed Wanner, DrSc. (V\u0160CHT Praha) \u010cesk\u00e1 republika  m\u00e1 velice specifickou hydrologickou situaci, kdy v\u0161echny v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u0159eky  pramen\u00ed u n\u00e1s, tak\u017ee i zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161ich \u0159ek na hranic\u00edch je \u201ena\u0161e\u201c  zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Proto je \u010dist\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod v \u010cR tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Bude  stru\u010dn\u011b pops\u00e1na situace v \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod a nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed  technologie. Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161ich povrchov\u00fdch i podzemn\u00edch vod poch\u00e1z\u00ed i z  intenz\u00edvn\u00edho zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed. Situace v kvalit\u011b povrchov\u00fdch i podzemn\u00edch vod  se zhor\u0161uje i s postupuj\u00edc\u00edm suchem, kdy nedostatek vody vede ke  zkoncentrov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Budou tak diskutov\u00e1ny i dopady klimatick\u00fdch  zm\u011bn nejen do dostupnosti vodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f, ale i jejich kvality.  Jako p\u0159\u00edklad budou probr\u00e1ny zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se probl\u00e9my s r\u016fstem zelen\u00fdch \u0159as  a sinic.   10:50 \u2013 11:40 P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ka doc. Ing. Ale\u0161 Klement, Ph.D.: Osud l\u00e9\u010div v p\u016fd\u011b \u2013 (30 minut)  \u0158ada  zem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 trp\u00ed nedostatkem vody, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011bnou odpadn\u00ed vodu pro  zavla\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. S nedostatkem sr\u00e1\u017eek a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se suchem se v posledn\u00edch  letech setk\u00e1v\u00e1me i u n\u00e1s. Proto je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee i u n\u00e1s bude odpadn\u00ed voda  pro zavla\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na. \u0158ada l\u00e1tek, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad l\u00e9\u010diva,  nejsou z vody v \u010dist\u00edrn\u00e1ch odpadn\u00ed vody dostate\u010dn\u011b odbour\u00e1v\u00e1ny. L\u00e9\u010diva a  dal\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1tky jsou rovn\u011b\u017e koncentrov\u00e1ny v odpadn\u00edch kalech, kter\u00e9 jsou  \u010dasto po jejich \u00faprav\u011b aplikov\u00e1ny do p\u016fdy. Tyto l\u00e1tky se pak mohou v  p\u016fd\u011b akumulovat, pronikat do podzemn\u00edch vod a tak kontaminovat zdroje  pitn\u00e9 vody \u010di mohou b\u00fdt vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1ny rostlinami a tak kontaminovat  potraviny. Bude kr\u00e1tce pops\u00e1no chov\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9\u010div v p\u016fd\u011b a na p\u0159\u00edkladech bude  ilustrov\u00e1na mo\u017en\u00e1 kontaminace plodin.   <\/p><p>13:10 \u2013 13:30 Workshop: pH p\u016fdy  a obsah uhli\u010ditan\u016f  Znalost hodnoty pH p\u016fdy je pro zem\u011bd\u011blce d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1  veli\u010dina o jej\u00ed kvalit\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 o procesech, kter\u00e9 v n\u00ed prob\u00edhaj\u00ed. pH  p\u016fdy ovliv\u0148uje skoro v\u0161e, co se v p\u016fd\u011b d\u011bje. Krom\u011b chemicko-biologick\u00fdch  proces\u016f tak\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uje v\u00fdskyt mikrob\u016f, kter\u00e9 se v\u00fdznamn\u011b pod\u00edl\u00ed na  rozkladu organick\u00e9 hmoty a t\u00edm i na dostupnosti \u017eivin v p\u016fd\u011b. Pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed  a sledov\u00e1n\u00ed pH p\u016fdy je podstatn\u00e1 znalost p\u016fdn\u00ed reakce. P\u016fdn\u00ed reakce  pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ukazatele p\u016fdy. D\u00edky p\u016fdn\u00ed reakci m\u016f\u017eeme  poznat \u00farodnost p\u016fdy. Pro hodnocen\u00ed pH p\u016fdy je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 hledisko  zrnitostn\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed. pH stanov\u00edme pomoc\u00ed pH metru s kombinovanou  elektrodou ve v\u00fdluhu p\u016fdy. P\u016fdy zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm od tzv. t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch  kov\u016f by m\u011bly vykazovat alkalickou reakci. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by kadmium,  rtu\u0165, olovo \u010di dal\u0161\u00ed prvky, jejich\u017e nadm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace v\u00e1\u017en\u011b ohro\u017euje  lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, snadno vstoupily do p\u011bstovan\u00fdch plodin. V\u00e1pn\u00edk obsa\u017een\u00fd v  karbon\u00e1tech m\u00e1 vliv na p\u0159\u00edjem ostatn\u00edch prvk\u016f rostlinami. Negativn\u011b  mohou na rostliny p\u016fsobit jak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00e9, tak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 obsahy  karbon\u00e1t\u016f a hodnoty pH. Pro orienta\u010dn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed obsahu karbon\u00e1t\u016f vyu\u017eijeme  vzorek p\u016fdy a 10% kyselinu chlorovod\u00edkovou (HCl).   <\/p><p>13:30 \u2013 13:40  Workshop: Zrnitost p\u016fdy  Pro \u00farodnost p\u016fdy je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 jej\u00ed  zrnitost. To je, jak velk\u00e9 p\u016fdn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice obsahuje. Pod\u00edl \u010d\u00e1stic r\u016fzn\u00e9  velikosti ur\u010duje p\u016fdn\u00ed druh. Rozezn\u00e1v\u00e1me t\u0159i z\u00e1kladn\u00ed druhy p\u016fdy, pokud  vynech\u00e1me jednotliv\u00e9 extr\u00e9my.   Lehk\u00e9 p\u016fdy (p\u016fdy p\u00eds\u010dit\u00e9 a  hlinitop\u00eds\u010dit\u00e9) obsahuj\u00ed a\u017e 80 % hrub\u00e9ho p\u00edsku a m\u00e1lo jemn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic.  Jsou vzdu\u0161n\u00e9, z\u00e1h\u0159evn\u00e9, snadno a kdykoliv zpracovateln\u00e9. \u0160patn\u011b poutaj\u00ed  vl\u00e1hu. Jejich ji\u017e tak mal\u00fd obsah humusu a \u017eivin snadno unik\u00e1 do spodiny,  nebo\u0165 je velk\u00e9 p\u016fdn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice nemohou poutat. Proto je nutn\u00e9 st\u00e1le  dod\u00e1vat humus. Hnojit \u010dast\u011bji a v mal\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, v dob\u011b sucha  intenzivn\u011b zavla\u017eovat. Lehk\u00e9 p\u016fdy jsou vhodn\u00e9 na p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed zeleniny. Z  ovocn\u00fdch strom\u016f se v lehk\u00fdch p\u016fd\u00e1ch da\u0159\u00ed broskvoni, t\u0159e\u0161ni a vi\u0161ni.    St\u0159edn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 p\u016fdy (p\u016fdy hlinit\u00e9 a\u017e p\u00eds\u010ditohlinit\u00e9) obsahuj\u00ed p\u0159es 50 %  hlinit\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, m\u00e1lo p\u00edsku a j\u00edlu. St\u0159edn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 p\u016fdy, p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b  na spra\u0161\u00edch, maj\u00ed vysok\u00fd obsah v\u00e1pn\u00edku, dobrou strukturu a soudr\u017enost.  Obsahuj\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1hy a \u017eivin. Obecn\u011b lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee p\u016fdy  hlinit\u00e9 a p\u00eds\u010ditohlinit\u00e9 jsou nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u016fdn\u00ed typy jak pro p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed  zeleniny tak i ovoce.   T\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 p\u016fdy (p\u016fdy j\u00edlovitohlinit\u00e9, j\u00edlovit\u00e9 a  j\u00edly) obsahuj\u00ed a\u017e p\u0159es 50 % jemn\u00fdch j\u00edlovit\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic a p\u00edsku. T\u011b\u017ek\u00e9  p\u016fdy jsou soudr\u017en\u00e9, maj\u00ed dobr\u00fd, n\u011bkdy a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00fd obsah vl\u00e1hy, dob\u0159e  udr\u017euj\u00ed hnojen\u00ed. Jsou v\u0161ak velmi ulehl\u00e9, m\u00e1lo vzdu\u0161n\u00e9, m\u00e1lo propustn\u00e9 a  studen\u00e9. Pevn\u011b poutaj\u00ed \u017eiviny a n\u011bkdy je i t\u011b\u017eko uvol\u0148uj\u00ed pro rostliny.  Jsou t\u011b\u017eko zpracovateln\u00e9, za mokra se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 ma\u017eou a za sucha tvo\u0159\u00ed  tvrd\u00e9 hroudy. T\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 p\u016fda nen\u00ed v\u0161eobecn\u011b vhodn\u00e1 k p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed zahradn\u00edch  rostlin. Stromy v nich m\u011blce ko\u0159en\u00ed.
